Hi Maria! Many thanks for your note! Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. Ugh! In July, I rented a house in WW for 2 weeks via VRBO, that was actually with a realtor. They charged me over $1,200 in both service and host fees! Yikes! I thought, are you kidding me? A very hard lesson learned! Went to the shore for a Labor Day getaway with the kids, this home was in a perfect location - just one block from the beach. The owner was very easy to work with, pleasant and responsive to any questions. The house was well kept, clean, spacious and well stocked. We really enjoyed having an outside shower as well as the deck and garage. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this house and looking forward to renting here again

I used Shore Summer Rentals last year and had a great family vacation. I have been looking again for our 2020 vacation. Once I get all the information I will decide. I do love your lower rates. Your website has the best rates! NO TAXES OR FEES...I did a lot of research for my recent vacation and all the other sites add in all types of fees. For example: cleaning $200 , insurance $200, booking $150 fee. I saved almost $1,000 in fees. I love it!

Hi Maria. Yes, we did find a new place to rent this summer through ShoreSummerRentals.com. We were very lucky the last time we used the website. We rented from that place for almost ten years! But, unfortunately they decided not to rent any longer, so we had to find some place new. Of course, I came to your website first and found exactly what we wanted. Maria, I didn't know about the tax savings if the owner had two or less units! That's pretty awesome. I saw some listings that mentioned "no tax", but I wasn't clear on what that referred to. We have used Shore Summer Rentals for all of our Wildwood rentals, and I've shared your website with friends.
