Escape to this cozy Ventnor beach cottage! With 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, this is the perfect getaway for a small group of up to 6 people. When you're not at the beach, spend time in the yard playing your favorite games or firing up the BBQ grill for a Summer cookout. All beach gear plus linens are provided, so you only need to bring yourself! We can't wait to host you!
This in-law suite features it's own full kitchen, washer and dryer and another living space with a 65 inch smart TV! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, while the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, a trundle and a futon. The living room in the in-law suite also has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space!
This unit is located at the rear of the property. To access the unit, you'll walk to the top of the driveway open the gate and head toward the backyard. You'll find the front door facing the backyard. The backyard is shared with the house at the front of the property, but no other amenities are shared between the units. This unit has its own propane gas grill and grilling gear. Parking for this unit is street parking only as the driveway is dedicated to guests in the other unit.
The area consists of some of Ventnor's top restaurants within walking distance of the house. Velo Cafe & Isabella's have fantastic breakfast and dinner options and are only quarter mile from the house. Santucci's is a great outdoor bar right up the street. There are beach block free concerts on the Newport Ave beach every Saturday night. The Atlantic City casinos are just a 10 minute drive away and the family friendly Ocean city is only 15 minutes away! You are close to bike rentals, ice cream shops, Wawa, and Jitney that can take you to Atlantic City for a night out.
