Without neighbors on the left side, it offers a beautiful view of the marsh and the amazing wildlife that inhabits it. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two back bedroom decks while keeping an eye out for Osprey, Great Blue Heron and Snowy Egrets. In the evening, enjoy your favorite cocktail on the back decks while taking in a gorgeous sunset to end your perfect summer day. The front deck offers a great view of West Avenue with a cozy place to sit, relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach.

This condo can comfortably sleep 6, with room for 8, with three bedrooms - Three Queen beds, One twin bed and One set of twin bunk beds. There is one full sized bathroom with a shower and a private half bathroom in the master bedroom along with a large private outdoor shower with changing room to the rear of the property. The carport can accommodate three vehicles with plenty of additional parking on West Ave. Also, Uncle Bill's Pancake House and Aunt Betty's Ice Cream just one block away with many other nearby restaurants and great shopping on Asbury Avenue, which is just a quick drive downtown.

Our beautiful little beach house is the perfect getaway - turn off the A/C, open the slider doors throughout and feel why we call this place 'Summer Wind'.
