The Space: Four bedroom, two floor Avalon beach style house with three full bathrooms. The downstairs is perfect for kids with two bedrooms, shared bath, and smart TV's in each room. Our living room, kitchen, and dining room are located upstairs in an open floor plan. Two more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with smart TVs and bathrooms. A large deck with patio furniture is perfect for al fresco dining with the family, watching the sunset, or sunbathing. Amenities: In addition to today's basic necessities such as powerful wifi and smart TVs, The Sandpiper comes with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a stainless-steel refrigerator, convection oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
