Please make a note of things listed below:

- We do not accept any one under the age of (25) excluding families traveling with children.
- Under no circumstances do we rent to Prom Groups, Senior Weeks, or any other type of non-family groups consisting of guest under the age of 25.
- Primary guest must sign a lease agreement and provide a copy of a government Valid ID
- We do not accept pets at this location
- All beds offer a mattress protector, pillows and comforter.
- Linens and towels are not provided. Bring your own or we can recommend a local linden company.
- 2 rolls of toilet paper will be provided
- In the kitchen under the sink we will leave few pods for the dishwasher and washer/dryer for you to use during your stay.
- No smoking in any of our Units
- Paid parking pass will be left on the counter for you to use during your stay and MUST take a picture of it prior to checkout showing it has been put back. This pass is $400 if lost by a guest.
- We ask that each and every guest rinse there feet off when coming back from the beach to help the sand out of the unit..
- 3 Roku remotes are in each Unit and 2 flight/an controls. It is important to make sure you do not misplace them.
