Just 6 houses from the beach, our 4BD 4BA house, sleeps up to 10 comfortably. Conveniently located at 52nd and Landis, which is walking distance to the Promenade shopping and lots of dining options. A perfect, well-lit layout, with 3 stories, a fenced in yard, plenty of parking, and did we mention it is just 6 houses from the beach?! The house was recently upgraded in the spring of 2023, upgrades included a brand new central air conditioning system, new carpets throughout, and new beds. All 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom is set up as a nanny/in-law suite. It has a door that leads to a kitchenette that includes a sink, mini fridge, microwave, and shelf space. The bedroom has a brand new queen sized bed, brand new carpeting, large closet, and a full bathroom. Also on this floor is the washer dryer room, and space to drop the shoes, bags, keys, etc. The 2nd floor has a private bedroom and bathroom at the back of the house. The kitchen, dining and living room space is also on the 2nd floor, with sliders to the deck that has ample seating for you to enjoy. The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking and appliance needs, including a small wine shelf, filter and ice maker in the refrigerator, for coffee lovers, we have both a Keurig and Drip Coffee machine. Some spices are available for cooking. The kitchen counter has 4 comfy bar chairs and the adjacent dining room has a large table with 6 chairs. The living area has brand new couches and chairs, is equipped with a smart TV, gas fireplace, cable and secure upgraded wireless internet access. Finally, on the third floor, is the master bedroom with a private deck, large walk-in closet, and huge double sink bathroom, also new carpeting. Across the hall from the master bedroom is the 4th bedroom that includes its own private bathroom, closet, vanity, and a bunk bed that is a twin over a full bed over a full trundle, sleeps 4 comfortably, with all new carpeting.
