Description:
The unit is equipped with a Nest Thermostat for Heat (not that it is needed) along with (8) Mini Split HVAC units w/ individual remote controls to provide Heat or Cold throughout the unit. Each bedroom will also have a fan with a remote also. The backyard is a shared space that contains a shed. This shed will be available to renters and there will be several lawn chairs, umbrellas, carts, and sand toys available for use. There will be (2) new outside enclosed showers available for use to rinse yourself from sand after the beach. There is also a BBQ grill available for shared use. You will have exclusive access to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. The outdoor Shed, BBQ, and shower enclosures are also shared use, as is the backyard. The shed will have various beach toys, 6+ Boogie/Body Boards, 3 Beach Carts, 15 Beach Chairs, 5 Beach Umbrellas, 4 Coolers, 2 Bluetooth Radios, and 4 Beach Mats/Blankets to use (first come / first serve basis). Each unit will have a digital lock on front and back doors with w/an access code provided for your rental stay. A digital lock will also be on the shed with a set code that you will have access to. There will be a locked closet on the 3rd floor for owners' contents that is off limits.

LINENS / TOWELS: Blankets and Pillows will be provided but Guests MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS AND TOWELS. If you would like to rent linens and towels, local places can be referred. If I decide to provide linens I will update the listing - I am still investigating this option/logistics. If there is an issue bring these items and you are traveling considerable distance, alternative arrangement can be made with me.

AGE LIMIT: No guests under 25 years old will be able to book. If you are close to 25 years old, message for a possible exception - a cosigner may be needed. NO high school students wanting to rent for prom or senior week or graduation.

PETS: NO pets allowed.

SMOKING/VAPING: NO smoking or vaping allowed inside the unit.

PARKING: We provide (2) parking permits. (1) parking permit is only available for our block - called the "Block Permit". The block permit is for one block, both sides. This is for any metered parking spot. Find an open spot and park. Hang the permit on your rear view mirror during your stay. This allows you to park without having to pay the meter. There is a $100 fine if you do not return the parking permit (this is what Wildwood charges for replacement). The other (1) parking permit allows you to park on our block and most other blocks in the city of Wildwood ONLY - called "Permit A". This is for any metered parking spot, but not valid in North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, West Wildwood. Find an open spot and park. Hang the permit on your rearview mirror during your stay. This allows you to park without having to pay the meter. There is a $250 fine if you do not return the parking permit (this is what Wildwood charges for replacement).

We try our best to secure the double spot in front of the house for your arrival.

TRASH: Depending on your booking date, you may be asked to bring the trash cans out for curbside pickup and return the cans afterward. You will be messages about this.
