With breathtaking views, you'll appreciate watching the dolphins and sunsets on your private boardwalk from the house to the beach. Enter the property via a long, shaded, private driveway; the home is not visible from the street.

Inside the home, the second floor is the main living space; as you walk up the stairs, your first view is a glass wall overlooking the water. The wall of glass sliders leads out to the back deck, which leads down to the sand, and has just been rebuilt in 2023 to accommodate new decking with cable rails and a brand new custom-built heated pool with a tanning ledge and a spa. With an open spacious kitchen, you have a bar countertop with seating for 4, a large dining table seating 10, a stainless steel refrigerator, a dishwasher, a double wall oven, a range, and tons of cabinet space. This level also hosts 2 bedrooms (a king bed in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in the other), 1 bathroom, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a bonus sunroom.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, both with private ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom (King bed) is a "private" loft looking down into the living room, with its newly renovated bathroom with heated floors, a walk-in shower with 2 rain heads, and a vanity with a separate makeup area. Also, in the master bedroom is a sitting area with a gas fireplace, a remote, and sliding doors out to a deck overlooking the bay. The second bedroom on this level has (1) queen bed and (2) twin beds with an attached newly constructed bathroom with a fully tiled shower.
