West Wildwood is a quiet small bay community removed from the hustle and bustle yet the house is only 1.3 miles from the ocean and boardwalk in Wildwood.

This 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is perfect for a family to use as a home base for a fun beach getaway. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower is ideal to rinse off before sipping a refreshing beverage on the front deck while catching the sunset.
When you enter the house from the front deck, you can enjoy lounging on the leather sectional reading a book or using the smart tv to stream your most-liked movies/shows. The kitchen is a fully equipped whether you want to prepare a meal or dine at the table set for 6 with your favorite take out food.

Bedroom #1 has a king bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 has a desk and a twin bed along with a twin trundle that pulls out and up from under it. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The house has central air conditioning and each room has its own ceiling fan. There is also a bonus room next to the garage that has a full size ping pong table where you can hang out or play games.

There are 2 parking spaces in the garage and driveway, as well as free street parking on one side of the street.

West Wildwood has a playground with amazing bay views only half a mile from the house. You can also go crabbing or fishing from this area as well. Just down the street from the playground is a small bay beach where you can launch your kayak or SUP. There is also a pub with outdoor dining (Westside Saloon), a BYOB restaurant on the bay that serves dinner (The Dock), a breakfast restaurant (The Crow's Nest), a soft serve ice cream shop (The Crow's Nest), a liquor store (Deep Sea Liquors), and a retro family owned mini golf (West Wildwood Bedrock Golf) all within walking distance on our tiny West Wildwood island. Please be respectful of our neighbors, there are a lot of residents in West Wildwood who chose this quiet island to relax.

Owners will not rent to those under 25 years old. No senior week, proms, or under 25. This includes not renting to people signing for occupants under 25. No smoking/vaping permitted in the house or on the premise. Pets are only permitted with prior approval from owner. There is a $150 pet fee. Linens and towels are not included.
