Condo overlooks the ocean and is located between 19th and 20th Avenue in North Wildwood. Furnished to allow occupancy of 8 guests. Central AC and ceiling fans in every room. No smoking and no pets are allowed.

This three-bedroom beachfront condo with panoramic ocean views is located at 1900 Boardwalk in North Wildwood. Breath-taking views of the ocean can be seen through every window! Hardwood floors are throughout the bedrooms and living areas. The kitchen has a full-size electric range (cooktop/stove), microwave, refrigerator with filtered water, dishwasher, and a convenient pass-through opening to the dining area. The stacked washer/dryer closet is also in the kitchen area.

The sliding glass door at the far end of the living area gives a nearly uninterrupted view of the beach and ocean. The dining area is furnished with a counter-height table and eight chairs. There are also two chairs at the counter bar. The living area has a new large sectional sofa. Here, you can rest or converse with your family, watch the flat-screen television, look at the ocean, or observe families strolling the boardwalk just one level below you.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, chair, an attached bathroom with tub and shower, additional vanity area and small walk-in closet. Its large windows offer peaceful morning views of the ocean and sunrise. The middle second bedroom window provides a nice view of the pool and deck, as well as the ocean. It has a queen-size bed and a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, and a small walk-in closet. The second bathroom with a shower is located right next to this bedroom. Across the hall is the third bedroom which also has a queen-size mattress and wonderful window view of the boardwalk, Seaport Pier and amusement area. In each bedroom is a flat-screen television, cable TV and ceiling fan.

Direct access to a pool or the ocean! Easy access to the pool is right through the sliding glass door. The pool deck overlooks the boardwalk and has lounge chairs and umbrella tables for seating with an ocean-front view. Beach and ocean access is provided through the street-level garage by following the access path beneath the boardwalk. Access to the boardwalk is through the lobby entrance.

We take great pride in our condo and are willing to rent it for a few weeks in July. We are looking to rent to responsible guests, over the age of 25, who will treat the condo with care and respect. Max number of guests is 8. This rental provides 1 parking spot in the parking garage below the building. If you have additional vehicles, you will have to park them off premise. Finally, the condo is just a few blocks from Seaport Pier and you will hear the live music on Friday and Saturday nights, sometimes it is quite loud so please be aware of this.
