Thank you for taking the time to check out our charming Ocean Beach Cottage located in the desirable Ocean Beach III community in Lavalette, NJ. Our family is life long Jersey residents and we love your cottage at the jersey shore and are happy to share it with other families.
Our Cottage has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, the second room has a full size bed with a twin size bed over it. The living room has a pull out sofa that sleeps two comfortably. There is one bathroom off the fully stocked kitchen. We try and supply all the basic necessities like paper plates, cups, utensils, garbage bags, ziplock bags, coffee pods, spices, paper towels, toilet paper. Also, dishes, pots and pans, grilling essentials, glasses. As well as, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine, blender, vacuum.
We have a lovely patio with lights that is home to a propane grill, outside rinse station and teak table and chairs. The drive way can accommodate 2/3 cars depending on the size.
We are walking distance to Dairy Queen, Beach Authority, bike rentals, Gringos Taco Shack, Donuts Plus, Bakin Bagel and Colonial Bakery. The downtown is a mile walk with various restaurants, cafe's and stores.
The only items not included in rental are linens (pillow, blankets, sheets and towels). We will be happy to refer you the local linens rental company. Beach badges can be purchased at our club house. Club house is brand new summer 2024 and has a bay beach, playground, bocce ball court, daily activities like ice cream nights, arts and crafts, music etc. We will post a calendar for your information. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, just ask.
