Our property is a single-family home located steps from the beach with no major highway crossings. We are the 4th house off the ocean with ocean views from the back deck and from the watch tower,
The front of the house has plenty of onsite parking. The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and respectful of other families.

The house has keyless entry, It features 4 Bedrooms and 2 full baths as well as a private outdoor shower. The 1st floor Features 1 bedroom with a Full-size bed and bunk beds, perfect for a family. The 2nd room on the 1st floor features a king size bed. Also located on the 1st floor is a lounge area with a wet bar for more entertaining. Off of the lounge area on the 1st floor is an attached sunroom with a Pull-out sofa bed and patio door access to the backyard. The house has central A/C.
The 2nd Floor features your kitchen ,dining area, living room and 2 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom on the 2nd level has a Queen size Bed. The 2nd Bedroom on the 2nd level has a Queen size Bed. Enjoy the large porch off kitchen with stairs to access the watch tower to enjoy your ocean view,

There is a propane grill on site, table/chairs on the deck. There is Internet, Wi-Fi, Cable TV (smart TV) in the living room and lounge area. (if you have an account, can use Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc) Use of 7 Beach Badges(**Kids under 11 are free on the beach) Beach Chairs and Beach Umbrellas,

***Linens are Not-included with house . You will have to provide your own bath and beach towels . All beds DO NOT Include lines .. There is a linen service on the island we can refer you to or you can bring your own . You will need 1 king set , 1 full set , 2 Twin Sets & 2 queen sets and an additional full linen set if you want to use the pull out sofa bed . There are no additional cleaning fees. There is a refundable security deposit required.

Near by is Bay Village, Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Waterslide are just blocks away. Stefano's, Isola restaurants, Dairy King, Beach Haven Fishery, Terrace Tavern, The Beach House, Oyster Bar, Robertos, Surf light Theatre, Bird and Betty's, Black Whale, Buckelews, Morrison's Marina and Pearl St Market are also located on LBI .There are many things to see and do as well as many fine eating establishments within walking or bike-riding distance.
