Let the summer fun begin by choosing Oceanaire Condominums unit #111. It is a 500 square foot furnished thruout end unit, first floor, poolside, far enough from street so spared the noise of traffic, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full appliance eat in kitchen, living room, private porch with outdoor table and 4 chairs, WIFI access. The decor theme throughout the condo symbolizes the promise of all that awaits you; the beach, ocean, beach chairs with umbrella, seashells, lighthouses, seagulls, boats.

When you enter front door you will see LR located on right side of room, with comfortable high back sofa, large cozy recliner, loved by all. 3 drawer bureau, located on wall opposite recliner and next to bathroom door is perfect for bath towels, beach towels. There are 2 bedrooms next to each other. One on the right has a queen sized bed, a bureau/mirror with 6 (5 empty) drawer bureau , TV with DVD player attached on side, closet, and almost empty bookcase, ceiling fan, window, full length door mirror. The BR on the left has 2 double sized beds, nite stand, bureau/mirror, 6 empty drawers, DVD player over bureau, ceiling fan, window, full length door mirror, closet.

Unit will be thoroughly cleaned by owner, to include freshly washed cover for lounge chair, sofa cover, bath and kitchen rug, bedroom sheet protectors, spreads and blankets will be provided by owner.

Bathroom has a bathtub with shower head, shower caddy and window sill for placement of shampoo, etc. There is a shelf above toilet, sink with cabinet above, hooks behind door for robes, towels.

There is an outdoor clothes line on left side of condo for wet bathing suits, wet beach towels, etc.

The large kitchen is located on left side as you enter unit with ample cabinet storage, cookware, utensils, dishes, and more. The kitchen table seats 6, ceiling fan, ample lighting throughout unit.

There is a full sized refrig, 4 burner stove top, full sized microwave and sink, TV above refrig.,. Additional amenities include: "Mr. Coffee" (max. 12 cups) coffee maker, or "Keurig" single serve with 2 choices hot coffee (8-10-12 ounce cups) or K-iced coffee. Must supply own coffee/ pods, "Continental" blender, makes delicious milkshakes, "Oster" toaster oven great for medium sized pizza, "Hamilton Beach" crock pot, single toast, bagel toaster. Only ONE of these amenities can be used at a time or it may trigger a circuit breaker. No pets. Smoking outside only, away from other condo residents.

Common property shared by all includes 2 rooftop decks with view of ocean in distance. 11 cement tables with benches, scattered thruout complex. 5 of them are located in area of unit #111. One of them is located in front of condo, only a few feet away and can be viewed from kitchen window. This table is a great choice when you want to eat outdoors, read a book, access your chrome book, play games, socialize, also have your young children safely play games or such at table while you can keep an eye on them from kitchen window or door or your porch. In addition, there are numerous lounge chairs scattered throughout complex and pool area. There are also 5 tables and chairs inside pool area. The pool has a kiddy pool 1" deep, remaining 3'-8' deep. After 7P gates to pool locked, and accessible to owners only.. Children under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in pool area.

There are 4 bbq grills in complex. 2 of them are conveniently located just outside unit #111. You would have access to free washer and dryer located behind condos on other side of pool. Go straight down right side of this building, make a left. You will pass 2nd outdoor shower ( nicer) than one next to my building. There should be an open door to breezeway. Washer and dryer will be on right side after you enter. On the wall left to washer there is a clipboard hanging on wall with pencil attached. Write unit #111, time you start and end using the washer, dryer. Usage allowed from 9a to 7p only. If door is locked there is a black cat key on hook in condo to open door.

When you return from day spent at beach, please remove sand with hose or outdoor shower before you enter pool or condo. You will be provided with 2 door knob keys by owner, day of arrival.

List of some nearby places of interest within walking distance

(1) 3 gazebos- The closest one is located at 3rd Ave. and JFK Blvd. Next located at 2nd Ave. and JFK Blvd. connects with beginning of seawall. Next located at 2nd Ave. and Surf Ave. All overlook beach, ocean, with benches. 3rd Ave. only one without picnic table

(2) There are open benches overlooking beach, ocean between 3rd and 2nd gazebo.

(3) The scenic, beautiful seawall trail 1.2 miles one way, runs along Hereford Inlet with views of the beach, ocean. Starts at 2nd Ave and JFK Blvd. all the way into Anglesea at North end of island. You will pass the beautiful gardens of Hereford Inlet Lighthouse. This is a beautiful place to relax in a garden that attracts butterflies. Tour of the Lighthouse is also recommended.

(4) Louise Booth's Outdoor Amphitheatre located at 2nd Ave. and Ocean Ave. From July 6th to Aug 31st every Thurs . and Sat. evening, starting at 8P will have different entertainers.

(5) Nearby restaurants- Aloha Restaurant, serves breakfast and lunch with view of ocean at 3rd Ave. and JFK Blvd.

(6) Nearby Deli- Russo's at 9th and Ocean Ave. Favorites are their cheese steaks, hoagies, burgers.

(7) The Wildwood Boardwalk is 2.5 miles long, 38 blocks, starting at 16th Ave. ends at Cresse Ave. in Wildwood Crest.

(8) North Wildwood Beach, 2 access points from condo. to entrance of beach. 1st located at 4th Ave. and JFK Blvd., 1 block to beach. 2nd located at Ocean Ave. and 2nd Ave. 2 blocks to beach. The beach has been newly refurbished, clean, well maintained, soft sand. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent, Convenient beach wagons passing on beach with ice cream or ice coffee for sale. It is a family friendly beach, peaceful, quiet, with plenty of room for all your favorite beach activities, kite flying, volleyball and more.
