Full Service for 8 includes pots & pans, cooking utensils, dishes, glassware including plastic cups for use on balcony, cutlery, cutting boards, mixer and blender.

There is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
There are ceiling fans as well as central A/C. Off-street parking is available for three cars (2 in garage and one on driveway).

There is a private, front facing balcony with 4 seat patio set and 4 extra chairs with 200 lb. capacity.

Trash/recycling cans are located downstairs (indoors). Just bring your linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) or you can rent linens from local businesses.
