Guests are responsible for linens and towels. We provide bath mats, hand towels and kitchen towels. Please inquire about renting linens and towels if you would prefer not to bring your own.
Pets will be considered for an additional $150 fee.
This is a family house and not for partying. For "groups of friends," there is a strict age requirement of 26 years old for ALL guests in the group (prior to booking we will check IDs for all guests for age verification.) Age requirement does not apply to families.
For weekly stays check in/check out on Saturdays is not required but preferred if possible. Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am.
