THINGS TO KNOW
--Guests have access to the whole house except 3 locked storage closets
--The front door to our home is up a flight of stairs
--Self check-in w/unique code for the duration of your stay

CHILDREN
--Although our homes are child friendly they are not baby or child-proof
--For liability reasons we do not supply any baby furniture or equipment
--Please do not hesitate to bring any extra items you may need to make your stay easier
--Guests agree to use bunk beds and ladders at their own risk
--No children under 6 years old on the top bunk
--Property is on multiple floors with either a deck or balcony and is not baby or child-proof
--It is the responsibility of the Guest to care for and have oversight of babies and/or toddlers on or within the property at all times

SAFETY/SECURITY
--3 Outdoor Ring brand cameras are present around the perimeter of the house and record audio/video 24/7 of the exterior only
--By booking, you are consenting to video being recorded on the exterior of the property
--The cameras are mounted to the outside of the home and face outward only
--To protect guest privacy, there are no cameras inside the house
--Any tampering with, covering, or disconnecting cameras, without homeowner approval, will result in immediate eviction of your stay without a refund
