Welcome to your ideal summer rental in the picturesque North End near first street beach! We have furnished the house with everything you could need, so that you will have an amazing stay in Ocean City NJ. Perfect for multiple families!

Looking for a rare single family home? Your group will have the entire 2600 square foot house to yourself with 6 bedrooms+ 1 extra room with queen sleeper sofa (on garage level). 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, bathrooms, an elevator that goes to all levels. 5 bedrooms have private decks with 2 more on the main level with outdoor fans. Outside you will find a private backyard with a grill and an enclosed outdoor shower, and 3 off-street parking spots (two inside the garage and one in the driveway). Fireplace for chilly fall/winter nights!

The gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Decorated with quartz countertops, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large island. The dining area includes a table large enough to seat 8, along with 4 stools at the adjoining kitchen island/breakfast bar. There is also a wet bar with a beverage fridge for your use. Enjoy outdoor dining on the main level decks.

We provide 18 beach tags, 16 adult beach chairs and 3 kid beach chairs, wifi internet, flat screen TVs with Rokus in each bedroom, a large flat screen TV with Comcast cable in the living area, a heavy duty aluminum beach cart with balloon tires, 8 bikes with helmets, and coolers/ice packs.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS 6 bedrooms+ an extra room with queen sleeper sofa (16 spots to sleep, but can sleep more with supplied air mattresses and baby travel cribs):
14 adults fit comfortably in beds/ 2 more on the pull-out-sofa as below, and then depending on your comfort level you can fit another 4 guests in air mattresses (landlord provides multiple high-quality auto-inflating air mattresses, memory foam camping mattress, inflatable toddler air mattress with bumpers, and 2 baby travel cribs)

It has no closet and there is no bathroom on this level. Powder room/half bath is one level up on 1st floor living level. Closet in pictures is mechanical/elevator equipment.
