Be sure to lock up wherever you go using the provided bike locks (see 'Bike Rules' for HOA requirements) in the lease agreement. Meander past the bike rack to find our storage unit (304) equipped with (2) Backpack Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs and (2) Beach Carts for your enjoyment during your stay. Our building offers an outdoor shower (non-enclosed) area to rinse off sand and beach equipment before entering our condo or pool. Designated trash and recycling areas are marked clearly for your convenience, please be sure to reference the schedule on side of fridge and lease.
