We are at the desirable quiet end of the Wildwood boardwalk but within close walking distance to the convention center, rides and amusements. Walk to restaurants, parks, mini golf, your favorite ice cream shops and more.

The rates are the full amount which includes the cleaning fee. NOTHING ADDED. NO REALTOR ADMINISTATRATIVE FEES, RESORT TAXES or AIR BNB FEES. All bookings do require a refundable security deposit. (Many other rentals on the island tack on the additional fees as mentioned above).

This large open concept condo is steps to the beach. Park your car in the garage parking spaces, you will not need it! You are so close to so much, but if you decide to travel throughout the island you are entitled to use our parking permit which is good at any street metered parking in Wildwood!

This is a family-oriented condo complex so no rentals to under 28 unless staying as part of a family; absolutely no groups, parties or senior week rentals. We do not tolerate parents quietly attempting to rent for their children. We rent to those looking for an enjoyable peaceful stay!

This Condo features an open concept with kitchen, dining and living room which open to the private deck with the view of the boards and ocean in sight. We are at the southern end of the boardwalk, far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk to the fun.

Our home is great place to share your vacation time together but also big enough to offer private time with 3 bedrooms.

When it's time to head out, grab one of the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts and boogie boards in the garage storage room that are available for your use. It is less than a block to the boards & beach.

Time for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, free community events/concerts or playground? Then head to Fox park which is only a few blocks away! Or the Wildwood Crest community center only a couple of blocks south.

Everything that you need for your convenience is here. A beautiful kitchen with Range, Microwave, full Refrigerator with ice maker and the convenience of a Dishwasher (we provide dishwasher soap). The kitchen is fully equipped with full cookware, pots, pots, bakeware, dishware, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, drip coffee maker and Keurig.

A full-size washer and dryer in the unit (we provide laundry soap).

Enjoy Central A/C, each bedroom with a TV with a Fire Stick and a 55 Smart TV in the living room with cable. Hi Speed Internet. This is everything you need.

Dining out? There are many great places within walking distance for great dining. Walk to Mud Hen Brewing, Poppi's for Pizza and Italian, Dog Tooth Bar & Grill, Ravioli House, Little Italy or Duffinettis for Italian, Bandanas for Mexican or countless others (even Dominos)! There are too many within walking distance to list!

Snack time? You are close to your soon-to-be favorite Ice Cream spots such as Sea Shell or Duffers, or hit the boardwalk for your favorite indulgence but don't forget the rides or the free Friday night Fireworks!

For your convenience we provide laundry, dishwashing and cleaning supplies (tenants must provide own paper goods)
Comforters and pillows provided.
Tenants provide their own linens, but we also offer linen service for an additional fee IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE.

The unit is professionally cleaned at the end of each tenants' stay.

(Please deposit trash and recycling in the containers provided in the garage but don't worry, we have a service that takes them to the curb and returns them twice a week on trash days).
