**This is a non-smoking rental. Smoking of any kind (including vaping and marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit as well as on both decks.**
**Access to this unit will be by keyless entry. Access code will be provided prior to check-in.**

**Property is to be returned in a neat and tidy condition, free of trash, with all utensils, dishware and cookware cleaned and put away and the refrigerators emptied.**
